Accountability for the educational environment, for the students of the COBA program at Alabama State University, The Grading weights for MGT422 class homework & Quizzes are ONLY 10% too Low for the work load Professionalism 5%, to Low for the work load Research Project #1, 2.5%, to Low for the work load Research Project #2, 2.5%too Low for the work load. Exams 20% each X 4= 80% Know other Faculty in COBA are using this Low of a Grading criteria. It takes and hour 15min to go over each problem in class over a course of two class sections and most of the time we go over the hour 15min time allotted. On test day the class is allotted one hour 15min to complete a two hour 30min two day's Production Management test with very little accesses to notes
