Make Ancwe (Ancillary World English) easier to use

For hundreds of years, people have tried to develop a shared language for the world. Of the constructed languages, Esperanto has been the most successful, and it is an impressive piece of work, but it has failed to do what its designer Zamenhof hoped for.
In previous centuries, Latin held sway as the common language of the educated classes throughout Europe.
Over the last couple of hundred years Common English for geopolitical reasons and perhaps for intrinsic qualities of the language, e.g., it readiness to absorb features of languages with which it comes into contact, a simple grammar and  an international vocabulary, has taken over the role once held by Latin, but on a global scale.
There are acknowledged difficutlies around Common English in fulfilling its role as ancillary language. Most significant of these is its apparently chaotic spelling.
Faced with all its problems, the world has never needed a shared language more than it does today. At this present time Common English (Ancwe) fulfils that role, but it could do it better. It no longer belongs to its native speakers but to the whole world, so the whole world is involved in how Ancwe develops, and the whole world should set about any necessary reforms it might need..  Which is why this petition is directed at the United Nations
