We, the Libyan students in the US, have been struggling to get our monthly allowance sent from Libya and we are facing serious situation of being unable to pay our tuition fees and feeding our families. Lately the CBIE (Canadian Bureau for International Education), who are acting as an adminstrator of our scholarship on behalf of the Libyan Ministry, did not show good cooeration on releasing the list of eligibility for the sponsourship. As a result, we do not know if we are going to be included in the next payment or not. The last list was not accurate and this caused over a hundrad of eligible students to be left with no money and suppoert by CBIE.
