Rights for children in special education to be in honors and Advanced classes

I believe that kids should have a right to be in honors and advanced classes. It isn't fair at all. A kid might be good at something. It's wrong because what schools are saying is that because you have disadvantages you can't be in a higher class.
       Personaly i think kids should have freedom, isn't this America? We want the best education and for kids to get good grades! Why don't we just let kids have a chance to shine in the spotlight. It might even decrease the amount of behaviorable problems.
