I've seen a whole bunch of complains about people with mental disorders about how much school makes them so depressed, and as a person with aspergers, I agree. When I went to a normal high school I usually got headaches, sometimes even cried, nearly every day - of which was also greated with just giggles from other students. I felt horrible and we had fights at home and all that. Anyways, when I finally got to quit the school and move to a school for 'special' people (people with aspergers, ADHD, bipolar, etc.) I actually got a lot happier. That since I didn't have to be around people I hated and ones with actually similar behaviour. The teachers could (Although, me and my mom have to admit, some not that well...) adjust the work we were doing to our diagloses, which means we didn't have to do something that was pretty much blocked by our diagnoses.
Anyway, I'm not sure if they have these in other countries, but my idea is that there should be more of these, that every parent should have knowledge of them and such. For example, all the parents in that area should know that there are these kinds of schools for their children to move to if they are depressed about their current school. The students could be put in certain classes depending on their behaviour (Like who they who mostly fit in with and who they'd probably not fit in with). People with anxiety disorders (Excuse me if I'm confusing it with something else, I'm not all that familiar with the disorder) then you shouldn't have to do presentations if you didn't want to and maybe not get homework, or the very least get less homework. There should be teachers familiar with certain disorders, and if smoe students require more time than others, they could have a personal.
Thank you and excuse any type-os or grammatical errors.
