In ealry September of this year "Billy McCauley" was accused of masterbating in the Vermilion Middle school parking. With such a thing being said a man, Why do we want him around our kids. The students of Vermilion Local Schools. With such a treat being at our school, I as a Vermilion resident for the last 15 years. I Strongly believe the "Mr. McCauley" should not be able to come around our childern. You as a Mother or Father should feel the same way about the protectsion of your children too. So helpl us make the school aware of how many children are put at risk becasue Vermilion Local Schools will not open their eyes and see the people that they are letting areound our kids.
