Get equal distribution of VRAP benefits to veterans

It simply isn't enough to receive an approval letter for your schooling. If you've had previous schooling (whether related to current education or not) they put you through extra steps and if lack of money to obtain info is an issue you won't receive the money your qualified to receive.


I can only hope there are enough of you out there who see the injustice of this and are compelled to sign the petition. Thanking you in advance -- Tom
