After the bullying video from Heights High School in Wichita, Feb. 1, posted on UTube, then on KAKE TV Wichita, the girl that started the assault is only being suspended for one week. This petiton is to get USD 259 to wake up and make it MANDITORY expulsion for the rest of the year for such conduct. And also not so severe punishment for the person (persons) involved in capturing it on video and posting on internet media.
