change of guardianship for a minor

I have tried for a minimum of four years to change how Tiffani handles herself in different situations. She has been staying with her biological father for a very short time and is already show more responsibility and progress with how she is handling herself.
It does pain me to know that I am unsucessful with Tiffani but I see she is in need of having her father who is willing to help her get back on the right track.
