Maggie (Were) Savage has been teaching vocal music at Gloversville High School for the past 20+ years. She has helped counteless students go on to successful careers inside and outside of music. She is also the ONLY certified music teacher employed by Gloversville Enlarged School District who has a concentration in VOCAL music (she was a VOCAL music major in college). The person who is supposedly replacing her at the high school has a concentration in INSTRUMENTAL music education, and has on multiple occasions publicly stated her distain for teaching vocal music.
