Reform of Penn State Sanctions

This is an open letter to the President of the NCAA, Dr. Mark Emmert.  We are asking for several reforms of the recent sanctions against the Penn State football program.  This is meant to be a respectful and constructive criticism of the harsh penalties leveled against a great deal of innocent people.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims of abuse.  However, they don't benefit from the punishment of people who had nothing to do with the crimes.  To donate directly to a charity that supports victims of abuse, you might consider Prevent Child Abuse America.
