It is bone chilling to think that an honors student who works 2 jobs to help her brother through college and raise her younger sister, while taking AP and dual credit courses could be thrown in jail for missing a few morning classes due to exhaustion. This could happen to any of our children if we don't take action. Judge Moriarty must reverse his decision and expunge this young lady's record. She is one of the best and brightest.
