I'm starting this petition to get young kids and adults to pull their pants up. It looks stupid and its teaching them that they can dress however they wont too. I was eating at a restraunt a few weeks ago and this grown man and his family was going to sit next to us and before he sat down he was right beside my table with his pants below his but, it made me stop eating. It will also be hard for them to fine jobs dressed like that. I know if I owed a business I would not hirer them. It would make your business look bad, just like if someone didn't dress right or their hair wasn't brushed or cut nice. PLEASE SIGH and thanks.
