People should sign this petition so these young kids and adults start pulling their pant up. Mainly in public places like restraunts, stores, schools, inc. It makes them look stupid and bad manners. Would you like to be sitting at a restraunt eating and a boys or mans but be right there in your face while eating. So please sign so we can get them to pull their pants up. Thanks
