A school psychologist in New Orleans was caught posting racist comments on Twitter and the NOLA.com website during a debate about the school system's treatment of black students.
The psychologist Mark Traina works in the Jefferson Parish School System and posted comments such as "Young black thugs who won't follow the law need to be put down not incarcerated. Put down like the dogs they are!", talked about how individuals should not visit New Orleans because "these black dudes will kill you" and commented on the Trayvon Martin case, calling George Zimmerman (Martin's murderer) the "real victim".
It is horrifying that someone who is working with troubled students has these terrible racist opinions. This shows evidence for complaints about the school system discriminating against black students.
Tell the Jefferson Parish School System to fire this psychologist and stop discriminating against black students! This is wrong!
