In so many cases we have sent people to parliament to represent us when they can barely construct a sentence in English. These people have no professions at all and if any they are questionable. The reason we have relaxed or innefficient laws in Uganda is because the people we send to parliament to table and analyse them barely understand them. Only around 30 or the over 300 Members of parliament can analyse facts and bring up issues of concern to the public. And these are the literate ones. This cause seeks to kick ou those members who only go to parliament to listen to their colleagues and at the end of the month get a pay cheque.
