A new rule has been passed at Weldon E Howitt Middle School that says that Howitt's two lunch cafeterias have to go outside on separate days. But also, students have to stay in only one cafeteria, West Cafeteria (Students with last names A-K) and East Cafeteria (Students with last names L-Z). The students of Howitt should be allowed to go out on the same day. Really, that's how it's always been before. This means the the kids cannot see eachother outside. The kids who's friends aren't in their class, but they have always looked foward to seeing them outside, now cannot. DON'T LET RECESS BE DESTROED!!!
