Secondary ticket agents over charge for services. This happens because they misrepresent themselves on the internet. I searched for the Keswick Theatre and many web sites came up. I picked the first one that had Keswick in the title found the concert I wanted picked the seat I wanted by rolling over the seats in the theatre and it had $77.00 for the seat. When I received the ticket it cost $55.00. I called and they said there was a $17.71 service fee and they just printed the tickets which I could have done for free. They should not be able to misrepresent themselves as the venue and the cost should be better stated not hidden in the terms.
