The current Springboro Community School Board President knowingly violated the rights of another, by using her position as school board president and local Tea Party president, so that an applicant would not be hired based solely on the applicant belonging to a support the levy group in the community.
The applicant was interviewed by qualified personal. The applicant was eligible to work the position. The applicant was offered employment. The school board president then instructed the superintendent not to hire the applicant because she was "a trouble maker, because she belonged to a support the levy community group."
This is NOT the ethical performance of an elected official that this community has come to expect. The people who have signed this petition respectfully request that the current Springboro Ohio School Board President resign.
