The School District of Philadelphia is not providing the children of philadelphia a safe and quility education promissed by the Federal Government. They continue to spend money on ideas and not on the children. They are making employee cuts that are going to drastically effect our children's safety while trying to recieve instruction. They are not providing a quility education by taking out school libraries and the children do not have up to date books to learn from. Where is all the money going from our property taxes? This money is for the education of our children, who are tommarrow's future.
