The reason why I missed the enrollment deadline was due to a summer program that I was scheduled to coordinate for a month at CSU Monterey Bay and would not have the time to dedicate to the class. A week after the registration deadline, I was informed that due to budget cuts the program was not going to be funded and had to be cancelled.
