The jones Bill will help All people of America continue there Education with out stoping
even if they fail 15 years ago. Education Is part of our constitution and Every one should
have another chance to continue if they Fail a smester or two 15 years ago or one semester
five years ago. There shouldn'nt be any stoping or slow process for Finanacial Aide. It should be
included for the peolpe of the United States of America.There should be no penalitys pass 15 years.
