school department of transportation is not busing students to and from school

Without transportation to and from school, our children are in danger while walking to school.  All schools should provide transportation to students because not all students can get a ride from others to school.  
A child is placed in immediate danger while walking to school, either by getting hit by a vehicle or even abducted.
