nyc schools should get free water at lunch and breakfast

The fact that students who are

   vegan,

   lactose intolerant,

1. 
   
   

   allergic to dairy,

1. 
   
   

   have certian dietary restrictions

1. 
   
   

   and/or dont like milk

cannot recive drink at lunch. those who pay for lunch pay for this milk while those who dont have the financial stability to do so recive aid from the government but aid is not aid if you cant use it, a bandage cant cure a cold. please help us young new yorkers.

p.s: milk= $4-$5/ gallon

      water=$3-$4/gallon
