The proposall " The Public Expantion Service " is a program which will allow schools to assist the less privliaged communities and provide them with basic services and needs. It will be organized buy school commitees, clubs, admstrators, the program is organized to enchace the intulectual, spirtual, physical, and socio-cultural needs with the beneficiaries of own growhth and development of social surroundings.
