Dr. Negrouk is is the Instructional Program Manager for the Biotechnology Program at Miami Dade College. According to the MDC website it states that “Dr. Negrouk is responsible for design, implementation, and evaluation of curricula and instructional materials for the biotechnology program, training faculty and staff, and managing lab operations” he is a great Professor guiding the Biotechnology program it really would not be same without him. We sign this petition because deseerves to stay and watch his program grow.
