Let's Get Thomasville Library back open

We the community of Thomasville Heights would like for our Library to be reopen? It had a fire in November 2012 and there is  no activity going on. The staff is still very active in the community and we are wondering why there is no work being done to the building. We are being told that they are waiting on a permit from the City Of Atlanta.
