If you go to a K-12 school in Pennsylvania then you know my pain. We complete pointless daily standardized test review questions and work on review websites when we could be actually learning and furthering our knowledge and mental capabilities. Standardized testing forces schools to adopt a generalized curriculum and only scrape the surface of subjects that should be explored thoroughly. This is because the school is trying to kill every bird ( topic) that may appear on the test with one stone ( less than one school year). When one adheres to this system one is limited to only basic knowledge as the school year is not long enough to allow one to obtain advanced and in depth knowledge while trying to cram in pointless standardized test preperations that don't do anything at the same time. I believe that further explanation is unnessasary because anything I can say about the subject is common knowledge and common sense. Thank you for your time.
