Year Abroad Programmes are offered to other Life Science degree programmes, why should we be left out?
It will be an incredible oppotrunity for those students who have not undertaken gap years to live, work and experience a different culture; ultimately making you become a more aware and well rounded person. (in addition to looking fantastic on a CV)
Most Biomedical Science Degree programmes at other universities (King's, Manchester), offer placement and year abroad options. UCL should be no different!
Plenty of affiliate students are able to study our modules, should we not be entitled to the same opportunity in return?
