The undersigned feel that for the best educational experience possible, the children moved to Peeples due to the closure of Brooks Elementary should be allowed to remain in this educational complex through grade 12, by following the logical feeder pattern of Peeples Elementary to Rising Starr Middle to Starr's Mill High. We also believe the 43 children from Brooks Elementary, who have been separated from the remaining 200+ should be given the same logical feeder pattern in order to best promote their quality of education. Furthermore, we feel that this logical feeder pattern will help our declining property values after the closure of Brooks Elementary.
