More Eduacation Is Needed

     You should make education a requirement in more places and for more things. Many people are being accepted into jobs that have a little to no education background. These people are the one who either dropped out of school and never tried to go back. These jobs that are held should be offered first to the people who actually went and stayed in school. They deserve to have the first choice and be handpicked first.
      To the people with no education, there is still a chance to go back and atleast get a highschool diploma. Most jobs only require that much such as policemans, military, army, and etc. Also having an education makes the job easier to do and obtain. You also make more money and that helps benefit not only you but others you may know. So therefore, education should be required more then it already is.
