All students are unique and therefore all students need different learning "plans" some kids are at a higher level accademicly and some are lower some are in the middle. That is why a child at a lower level should not be rushed to learn a the same rate as a adverage class and should go into a remedial class. In the same ball-field a higher level learner should not have to wait for all the other kids to catch up.
