Support keeping Principal Joel Brandel

Mr. Joel Brandel has demonstrated Commitment, Care and Fairness as Principal of Ubly Elementary School.  We do not believe that it is in the best interest of our students, school or community to terminate him when he is an exempelary administrator and pillar example for our students.  A reduction in the education of Ubly students is not what our school needs.  We need stronger, supportive and long term administrators who routinely demonstrate their ability to conduct themselves in a manner that is positive for our school system and that is exactly what Mr. Brandel does.

The loss of Mr. Brandel would leave Ubly school with a superintendent acting in a dual role.  If the superindentent feels he's capable of filling both positions, then why has he not acted to do this in the past.  Should the superindentent repay Ubly school for his salary if he's been paid as a full time superintendent when he feels he has the time and ability to do cover two jobs?  The school board will be required to interven more frequently without the ability of parents, students and community members ability to utilize a traditional chain of command if the principal and superintendent are the same individual. 

We the undersigned demand that the Ubly School Board maintain Mr. Joel Brandel as Ubly Elementary School Principal.
