Allow parents to make decisions in childcare.

This petiton is started by Ethan.  A 10 year old child in family daycare who is sick of the government deciding what he can and cant do in after school care.  After asking whether he could play an M rated game and told no he cant even if his mum gave permission, he asked why?  His mum should be able to make decisions about what he does not the government. 

We want the government to stop telling kids what to do at after school care!!!

Particularly if a parent disagree's with what the government regulations say should be done.
