We used to work for our society for more than two years being in Oromiia Agricultural Research Institute. For the serivce we provided, we were given higher level of Education opportunity by the Oromia Regional Government. After we completed our training, we joined other public organizations to serve the society again. We of course signed agreement to payback the salary we were being paid if we leave the institute and join other organization. We signed it because unless we did that we were not allowed to join university for training. Our promise, and the premise should have been recognized by the government of Oromia that we are still working for our communties who were paying us salary during our study to serve them in better manner than before. Therefore, the government of Oromia need to see that public servants who were serving during one time period and joined another public service organization for the same or better service shouldn't be accused.
