President Barack Obama gave a speach that interest on college tuition has gone even highier in 2013. Where rates on two year community colleges has gone up to 4% and four year universities has gone up 6% . To students just when you thing it couldn't get worse it did in 2013, but I propose an idea to help students on there debt. For President Barack Obama to pass a bill that can influence college campuses to give students the option of being charged for extra curricular activities such as field trips, gym access, meals, room and board charges. Giving students the option of accumulating extra fees other than there educational fees/charges for classes and majors.
