Reopen Nippers Nursery

Nippers Nursery, Leicester was a popular city centre Nursery, serving government employees  as well members as members of the local community until it's shocking closure last November.

HMRC, who leased the space, claimed that the nursery, along with 7 others countrywide, was  undersubscribe . Two of these nurseries were saved when the childcare provider was allowed to take over the lease. We believe nippers should be reopened on the same basis.
