Help teach Brigitte Akins her own email address

Brigitte Akins of Hampton, VA has the memory retention of a goldfish and can not remember her own email address for more than 3 minutes.  Please help teach her to write her email address down and refer to it for all online activities. This will not only help her, but it will keep my inbox free of the crap she signs up for.

Let's do this for my sanity, the humpback whales, spotted owls, and, of course, for the children!
