My boy was injured in 2010 in the school by his teacher during school hours. (Can be proven). She falsely accused me of child abuse by other routes than the legal process, and without an investigation ever being done, my child was removed from my care. The only version that was ever given was that of the teacher's. My son is back in my care, but the school district claimed that unless my son was hurt on a bus, there was nothing I could do. So now peoples' tax dollars go to pay for my son's SSI check as he has been traumatized, and now he is on medication. There have been other incidents related to teachers and inappropriate abuse against students, and the only action that is taken is that they are allowed to resign from their position! We have to make them responsible for the abuse upon our children and the suffering and damage caused from known false accusations of child abuse.
