30/45 hours pettition

I only have five classes let to take to graduate. starting this spring semester I will be taking one elective class (Transportation Enginnering), Project Design Construction Management, and Water & Wastewater Treatment. which will only leave me with two classes left for the fall semester. I  support my self finacially and the amount that I need to pay will defenetly desstabilize my way of leaving. since I dont make that much money. So it will be of great help if this petition to waive the fee will go throug. I will thank you in advance for all the help that I can receive.
