Contest ATI grade for Med-surg2, 455

As you all have noticed the ATI exam and result we wrote this semester was not really academic.

First, For ATI that was so important, we were not given time to prepare; we were struggling with tests, quizzes, clinical long form and other things that were due at the same time.

Secondly, when we wrote the ATI, one could clearly see his result displayed on ATI website: your grade, the level at which you were placed, the number of points earns for that respect. For my case for instance, my results on the ATI website before our final exam were clearly displayed and I had 50% clearly displayed, level 1 clearly displayed, 4 points earns clearly displayed. Therefore I was going into the final exam room knowing that I had 4 points on my ATI exam. Curiously on the evening after our final, I saw that Mrs. Moreno has posted as my grade for ATI an “F” and when I returned to the ATI website to check at this time; it now appears that my grade was below level. I am sure some of you, my classmates have being affected by these same kind of unjustifiable and unexplained changes. How can you explain that two students have 54% on ATI, one is placed on level one and another one on level 2. These are some of the problems we face with ATI during grading. We are not the one to pay the price for the mistakes committed by the website. Some of us went to write our final exam knowing that we have some points on ATI. IT is unfair that we be treated as such and we would like our grade prior to our final exam to be reconsidered.
