We are two medical students in the Philippines, mentally harrased and unlawfuly being prevented from Graduation due to illegal and malicious reasons becuase of "perosnal dislike" from the Dean of college of Medicine towards us. We have submitted our complaint to Commission on Higher Education and we are awaiting the resolution which is taking a long time ( over 8 months).
