Thanks most sincerely for your very considerate note of November 4, 2012 and, please, accept my hearty apologies for so very late response thereto!
The delay was forced on me by more than 30 years of trying so very hard but getting no positive encouragement from any: US Government from, notably, President Bill Clinton to the present Administration, Nigerian Governments and several foreign Governments, UN, several Institutions, Corporate Bodies and Individuals, including Bill Gates, etc, etc!!!!
Even that we are most positive about the acceptability, desirability and feasibility of our cause for which, as Visionary/Promoter, I speak for our special Institute-in-the-Works, the sheer details are impossible for inclusion at this stage. Also, we believe that better methodology(s) would be out there in Care 2 Team, etc, for which we seek an email address where we can provide pertinent details from which we can partner to bring this most noble but admittedly mega effort to fruition! We have engaged Israeli Government through their Ministry of foreign Affairs Agency, MASHAV, and have met here in Abuja with very useful outcome that gives hope once funding and our Government issues are resolved. We also have very good understanding with top Federal Government Directors in key Ministries after meeting variously with them.
From our latest engagement with a our Nigerian State Government Commissioner, a peep view shows that a vital potential largely untapped in our traditional setting, Women, is a core in our objectives whereby it is intended, when on stream, Women potential would better unleashed, recognized and better equitably rewarded under our Women and Gender Studies that will be vigorously pursued, challenging existing boundaries everywhere, taming High level and other Corruption, among others ! Thanks most sincerely for your prompt actions on contacting me and your email address kindly sent, busy as your schedules are on behalf of The Delta State Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs and Community Development, Government and People of Delta State!
The attachments are relevant materials that indicate what the proposed Oviota Oriro Institute of Technology, Enhwe (formerly OOIIE) is setting up for. Suffice it to pledge here that Delta, Edo, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria would become close to a most important and enviable part of the World with maximum human prosperity enhancement. OOIT facilitated activities would comfortably feed all of Nigeria and yet export much, while eradicating Malaria and making record Scientific & Technological break-through!
A kick-off meeting with Hon Betty Efekodha and her Team constituted across Ministries, according to her discretion, proposed for next week or ASAP, will be to map the pathway to commence actions for realizing the above noble objectives as follows:
(1) Commence Institute’s Site development at Enhwe in Delta State and Abuja Liaison upgrade
(2) Determine locations in Delta State and beyond for presence of the Institute
(3) Federal, Inter-Governmental, MASHAV, Foreign Government and UN Liaison
(4) Release/Seconding of Deltans, Nigerians and others for limited critical positions in OOIT
(5) Funding Kick-off
(6) AOB
Please do look carefully at the foregoing to determine how best we can be helped to realize our objectives.
