Seeking to bring greater diversity, expertise and increased community inovlement to the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (C-FB ISD), the taxpayer's and constituents of the district seek to impose term limits upon member of the C-FB ISD school board. The term limits proposed mirror the limits enacted in the district's local communites and reflect the proven desire of the majority of the citizenry to limit the number of years a board member may sit as a trustee. Imposing term limits on the C-FB ISD School Board will bring greater local control, openess and accountabitlity between the trustees and the community.
