Create education funds for scientific research for the younger talented pupils of the poor or develo

Officials, country governments, regional organizations and international organizations as well as philanthrops and donnors in general should raise a unified fund, and not keep it for only developed countries, which will be dedicated to poorer country talents in reserach of science, both social and exact science, to create a new scientific approach of development to the existing scientific achievments.
21st century should represent a change first in developing poor countries by identifying talents brining those talents in international cooperation at a time when internet made the world smaller and improving the scientific world by combining poorer countries scientists witht he developed countries scientists, consequently the action should have an effect by returning the brain and modern practices to the poor countries which would eradicate poverty and boost their economic development respectively. The begining of the 21 century should encounter a new enlightment of world society.
