~Better passing rate considering the school has been subjected to the LEA-level School Improvement Program required to develop or revise its district improvement plan under the No Child Left Behind Act. This letter was sent out to all parents this year September 2012. The school must show adequate yearly progress (AYP).This means to us, by taking CM away students do not get the extra help they need and possibly, the school may continue to not be at the adequate yearly progress (AYP) they are required to be at.
