Bullying laws in Kansas focus on student on student bullying.
There is nothing in Kansas law that protects the students from bullying by teachers and other schools personnel.
Kansas teachers bullying can arise to level of abuse (under Kansas Law) and they still do not lose their teacher's licensure in Kansas.
WE NEED TO PROTECT OUR CHILDREN FROM BULLYING TEACHERS AND OTHER SCHOOL STAFF AND PROVIDE THEM WITH A SAFE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT!
