Most indivdiuals are not aware of the new implications which have taken place, but it needs to stop. The U.S. Congress has signed a bill which decreases financial aid to every student who wants and needs to get an education, and on top of that it has been signed that each student can only received financial aid for no more than 3 years. That simply means that if you do not get in debt with a loan (unless you are rich, or have an income to pay for your education) you will probally not complete your education. The other sad factor is that it get our students in debt really bad. So on top of not completing your education because you can no longer receive financial aid, you are in debt. This is something that was planned by the U.S. Congress, and decided by the Federal Government, and unknow to most tax paying citizens. It is our money which is invested, so the people should be able to obtain a decent education without the fact of getting in debt.
