Help support a 7 year old disabled child in Handsworth, Birmingham, England in the right to an education and to attend her local school which is named in her statement as the school allocated for her. The school has also been directed by the local authority to give a place to Nitasha but despite this the head teacher of the school refuses to recognise her to be on list and refuses her a placement.
