To obtain support and funding from the Sheffield City Council in order that an existing site can be used in the Darnall area of Sheffield to create a centre for young and elderly individuals to use as a social and educational centre. Our present community centres in Darnall are far too old and in distant locations to offer proper activities and facilities for our ever increasing darnall residents. The new Darnall Centre will provide sufficient onsite staff and IT facilities, possibly a Cafe for social use plus secure space for training, ESOL and community meetings. The people of Darnall are in need of this centre and this petition is a way of supporting this cause
